What is SAADA Studio?

SAADA Studio is a handmade home décor brand based in Rahim Yar Khan, Pakistan. We hand-cast planters, decorative vessels, and other homeware pieces using cement and marble powder — each one finished and painted by hand.

How can I place an order?

Browse our catalog, add the pieces you love to your cart, and check out. It's a simple, straightforward process from start to finish.

Are your products actually handmade?

Yes — every piece is hand-cast, hand-painted, and hand-finished. Because of this, you may notice small natural variations in color or texture between pieces. We consider that part of the charm of handmade work, not a defect.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available on all orders. Please note that COD orders carry an additional 2–3% sales/handling charge, added at checkout, to cover the cost of cash collection and processing.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes between 3 to 7 days from the date your order is confirmed. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Please record a continuous, unedited video starting from before you open the package, clearly showing the sealed box and the cutting of the zip-tie/seal, through to unboxing the product. This video is required to process any claim for a damaged or defective item. Contact us with your order number and the video, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund within 2 to 3 working days.
