We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. Product Information

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that the information is error-free.
All products are handmade, hand-cast, and hand-finished. Natural variation between individual pieces is expected and is not a defect.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and services without notice.

5. Payment and Billing

Payment processing is handled securely through our payment partners.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, with an additional 2–3% sales/handling charge shown at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and shipping information.
Any disputes related to billing must be reported to us within 24 hours of purchase.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is subject to our Shipping Information, available on our website.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Any delivery issues or discrepancies must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.
Returns are accepted for damaged or defective items only.
To be eligible, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video that clearly shows the sealed package and the cutting of the zip-tie/seal.
Approved replacements or refunds are processed within 2 to 3 working days of verification.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not use our content without written permission from us.
