  • All our products are handmade, hand-cast, and hand-finished. Natural variation in color, texture, and finish between pieces is expected and is not considered a defect.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Product prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders carry an additional 2–3% sales/handling charge, shown at checkout.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase or delivery, depending on your chosen payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Our Returns & Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.
  • Returns are accepted for damaged or defective items only, and require an unedited unboxing video (including the moment of cutting the zip-tie/seal) as proof.
  • Approved replacements or refunds are processed within 2 to 3 working days.
